Protein post-translational modifications (PTM) are small changes with huge impact for protein activity. Understanding noncovalent RNA-protein interactions, especially the ones with long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), recently brought new perspectives on our knowledge about the function of these lncRNA in different pathologies, including cancer.
Thus, this course will discuss the latest updated concepts of PTM, lncRNAs, and which tools one must use to validate such interactions.
