International scholarships to Unifesp

 

Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp), Brazil, makes public calls for selection of candidates for scholarships in the following areas:

                    ü   Emerging, Infectious and Neglected Diseases;

                    ü   Inflammation;

                                  ü   Longevity;

                                    ü   Neuroscience, Cognition and Education;

                    ü   Oncology;                 

                    ü   Promotion of well-being to face issues related to violence and drug use.

 

Unifesp aims to promote the creation of networks of international researchers improving the quality of the academic production in the priority areas of knowledge  according to its Institutional Internationalization Project supported by Capes PrInt Program.

 Scholarship modalities are described below:

1. Young talent with experience abroad: for young talent researchers, Brazilian or foreigners, residing abroad with relevant international academic-scientific experience (as a full master's degree or doctorate, sandwich master’s degree or doctorate for at least 12 months) for conducting research or teaching activities, with a minimum term of 6 months and a maximum term of 36 months, within the duration of the International Institutional Project. 2. Post-doctorate with experience abroad: researchers or professors, Brazilian or foreigners residing in Brazil or abroad with relevant academic-scientific experience abroad (as a full doctorate or postdoctoral for at least twelve months), to carry out research or teaching, with a minimum term of 6 months and a maximum term of 36 months, within the duration of the Project Institutional of Internationalization. Call n.22/2019.

 

3. Visiting Professor in Brazil: renowned professors active and resident abroad to deliver courses, training, lectures or seminars, valid for up to 12 months, divided up to 3 periods over the duration of the International Institutional Project. Call n.24/2019.
