The last decade witnessed vigorous expansion of Czech research in the area of innovation. The initiatives of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA ČR) have underpinned this burgeoning.
FAPESP and TA ČR will now combine forces to launch a Call for Proposals within the Delta 2 Program, an offshoot of the H2020-Delta Project with focus on international cooperation. The shortterm purpose of this workshop is to offer information on the upcoming Call. In the long run, it is meant to foster cooperation between Brazilian and Czech research groups and advanced-technology industry. To serve the two purposes, the meeting will comprise presentations describing research in the two countries, with emphasis on investigations geared toward innovation.
