Associate Professor of Historical Archeology, Coordinator of the Specialization Course “Forensic Anthropology and Human Rights” at the Federal University of São Paulo (responsible for the discipline of Forensic Archeology). Bachelor’s degree in Archeology at Estácio de Sá University, Master and PhD in Archeology at the University of São Paulo (internship at York University, England). She works with pre-colonial and historical periods. In pre-colonial Archeology, she works mainly with the formation processes of archaeological sites, Food Archeology and Bioarcheology. In the historical period, his research is related to Archeology of Colonialism, post-colonialism, territoriality and indigenous issues. She is currently responsible for research projects funded by Humanitarian and Human Rights Resource Center (HHRRC) of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS) and the Center for Excellence in Forensic Technology at the National Institute of Justice and RTI International (USA) and also for the Trans-Atlantic Platform-International Research Collaboration (FAPESP). Responsible for the Laboratory of Archaeological Studies (LEA / UNIFESP), research member of the Center for Anthropology and Forensic Archeology (CAAF / UNIFESP). Consultant representative (UNIFESP) at the Council for the Defense of the Historical, Archaeological, Artistic and Tourist Heritage of the State of São Paulo (CONDEPHAAT 2019-2021), Interinstitutional GT DOI-CODI and Member of the Isotopes Forensic Group: GT Tecidos Humanitas (National Institute of Criminalistics) /Federal police). She published the books "The Archeology of São Paulo in the 19th century: Paranapiacaba", (Annablume / FAPESP, 2016) and "Objects, Landscapes and heritage: Archeology of colonialism and the people of Guarulhos" (Annablume / FAPESP, 2017). Ad hoc advisor of São Paulo State Research Foundation and CNPq. CNPq Productivity Scholarship (2019-2022).
